Beautiful indoor & outdoor living, room for 12 guests and access to all of the amazing amenities NatureWalk at Seagrove has to offer - welcome to C'est LaLa Vie!

The large kitchen and island overlook the living area to make conversations a breeze while preparing dinner or packing beach snacks. The dining area is also open to the rest of the room for easy dining and entertaining. A half bathroom as well as the laundry area are also on the 1st floor.

1 of the 2 suites is conveniently on the 1st floor, with the 3 additional bedrooms upstairs (including the 2nd suite). Both suites feature generously sized private bathrooms. All this and the wonderful amenities at NatureWalk? You can't ask for a better beach vacation location.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with dual vanities, tub and shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

Beach Access:
Head out of the neighborhood and take 395 until it ends at your beach access (where 395 and 30A meet). This route is about 2.1 miles. Or you can use the NatureWalk Lilly Lane Beach Trail near The Gathering Place. Take this meandering trail through Point Washington State Forest and through to San Juan Avenue. This will take you across 30A to the San Juan public beach access (about 1 mile).

NatureWalk At Seagrove:
With a stay in NatureWalk you have access to so many community amenities: multiple pools, a hot tub, grills, fire pits, and a community center known as the Gathering Place. There are also pickleball and basketball courts, walking trails, and a volleyball sand pit. NatureWalk's perfect location puts you minutes from WaterColor and Seaside where you can enjoy countless options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A dip in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few minutes away.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We enjoyed the area, Publix is very close and convenient
The house was clean and the staff was always available to help with questions or any help needed. Beds are nice and comfortable
Do wish the hot tub hours were extended a little bit (close at 9)
But the pool house area is loaded with amenities, heated pool nice grills fire pit super clean and quiet area

From the start, Benchmark was always timely with their responses. Email and text are the best way to reach them but they do answer the phone. The house was just like it was described. It was very clean and not worn. The unit was updated. The only downside was a few appliances that need attention. The oven burners could use some deep cleaning and toaster could be updated. Everything else was perfect. The neighborhood was great and very welcoming.
