Beautiful Beach Condo

We stayed in Santa Rosa Beach for a long weekend and chose this beautiful condo in Gulf Place for our group. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated with a modern beachy vibe, and had a well stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of the gorgeous white sand beaches, several restaurants, and many cute shops. And the management company was one of the best we've ever had the privilege with whom to do business. Their response time was extremely prompt and they provided us with ample information about our stay which left us with zero questions to their office. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Santa Rosa!

Perfect!!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was clean, updated, has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and located in the center of Gulf Place. The beach is located 1 block from the condo. There is a beach chair and umbrella rental service on the beach if you don't feel like bringing your own chairs and umbrella. It does not come with a storage closet for beach toys as stated in the listing but that was not a problem for us. Benchmark Management responded promptly when I reached out with any questions. We hope to return soon!!

Great Location for a Beach Vacation

The unit was amazing. It was everything we needed and more. The location was amazing. Only issue was management. A few issues that mostly got resolved.
