This is what a 30A vacation is all about - panoramic Gulf views and hearing the sounds of the waves from your private balcony. Dune Villas 4B is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome with an open living area that provides a well stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. This townhome is the 3 upper levels of the 4-story building.

You'll enter the ground floor and take stairs up to the main living area. The main open concept living area is an amazing place for friends and family to hang out. Watch TV, enjoy a great meal, or have a cocktail on the balcony. Upstairs you will find a master suite with a private balcony, a guest bedroom and a hall bathroom. On the next level up, there is an additional bedroom loft area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private access to shared hallway bath.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and private balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds.

DUNE VILLAS
Located in the center of Seagrove, the Dune Villas complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Fantastic location, the building was quiet and the unit was very clean. Loved everything about it! The wifi password was wrong on the welcome sheet but we figured it out (no uppercase). Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful on-beach accommodations

This really is a great property. It is right on the beach and has an incredible two story view of the beach and ocean.
Pros:
-On the beach, so it's a 2 minute walk to the water via a private gate.
-Private beach for the unit, so you don't have to stalk water-front space.
-Large kitchen, dining, living area makes for plenty of socialization space.
-Two bedrooms with full baths host two families well. Loft is not the greatest space, but adds extra beds for kids.
-Half bath is perfectly positioned downstairs, so bedroom baths aren't needed during the day.
-Right on 30A, with good proximity to several restaurants and near a Tom Thumb.
-Well appointed and decorated with a large TV, good Internet, a solid ice maker and fridge, and plenty of cooking utensils.
-Chair company out on the beach to rent from.

Cons:
-Building is showing age and is hard to find.
-Loft seems to be squeezed into the design. It doesn't have a door, the ceilings are 6' high, and it is hard to get under 80 degrees, even with downstairs thermostat at 68 and a box fan pulling air up 24/7.
-It's a decent distance from downtown, so plan to use a car or golf cart. We felt like our golf cart was a waste of money since there are no dedicated cart paths, no dedicated cart parking anywhere, and many things were pretty far away (5-10 minutes).

Conclusion: We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the unit to others. There honestly aren't many things we would do differently, so it was a great experience.

Simplistic Luxury

We had the most relaxing time at Dune Villas. It is by far the best view, less crowded, quietest, and most convenient place we have ever stayed on 30A. Simplistic luxury is the best term to describe Dune Villas. Not overly luxurious where you’re afraid to touch anything, but extraordinarily nice and in the best location with the best views.

Dune Villas was perfect for our group of 8. We LOVED the location and being able to see the beach from the balcony. The space was great- plenty of places to spread out and beds for all. Easy access to walk down to the beach as well. Kids enjoyed the pool a bit, even if it was chilly. Very conveniently located, right across from bike rental and a quick ride into Seaside. Kitchen was well equipped, and Publix closeby. Everything was great! Sliding doors were a little hard to operate, but just a few little things like that. All in all, a wonderful place for our group to enjoy a week of R&R on the beach!
