This is the ultimate place to stay on 30A, with its ease of oceanfront access in a few short steps to the sandy white shores and close proximity to popular dining, shopping, and activities.

Recently refreshed for function and relaxation, Your Beach Life offers a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. In the hallway, you'll find new twin-over-twin bunk beds with a pullout twin trundle. The couch also extends to a double bed, offering generous sleeping space for up to 7 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and there's plenty of space and seating for everyone to come together at the dining table, breakfast bar, or outdoor patio.

The expansive, partially covered patio brings in lots of natural light and offers unbeatable gulf views. The furnishings create a perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee, enjoy shade at lunch, or unwind in the evening with a refreshing drink, all while spotting dolphins from your chair.

This condo is designed for comfort, convenience, and capturing the essence of a beachfront getaway with your family. Enjoy Your Beach Life by stepping right onto the Emerald Coast or take a short stroll to explore the vibrant atmosphere of 30A.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds + a twin trundle.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a double bed.

Eastern Shores:
Eastern Shores is a Gulf-front complex tucked away close to 30A and nearby Eastern Lake. Enjoy all the area has to offer with our amazing beaches, sunsets, fishing, swimming, and riding bikes along the 30A bike path, dining out, shopping and much more.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect Beachfront Rental

We have stayed at Eastern Shores several times throughout the years, but this was our first stay at unit 103. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean with beautiful, updated furnishings. We loved being an end unit which meant no foot traffic between our unit and the beach, plus added light from the windows. We had very windy conditions during our stay which prevented us from being able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, so the beachfront porch was very nice to have. You cannot ask for better access to the beach - literally three or four steps down and your feet are in the sand. Benchmark Management was great to deal with -- great communication leading up to, during, and after our stay. Very easy check in process. Accurate description and photos. Quiet area but still close to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfect Corner unit for a VIEW of the OCEAN

You can't beat the view of this unit and walkability to the ocean. Kitchen is stocked with all one needs, including filtered water & ice maker. The bunks need some finishing touches. The railings didn't have primer or a seal so they will cause splinters for littles and the bottom pull out bed is HARD to maneuver. Unit was very clean and the patio is a highlight of the unit.
