This condo is even nicer than the photos. Comfortable clean furniture, well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable beds, entire place was very clean, and of course the views of the beach are spectacular. We especially loved that those views could be seen from both bedrooms not just the master. Wonderful stay.

Great rental. Perfect location- walk/bike to shops and restaurants. Building was quiet and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. There is a little lagoon on the beach that was great for the kids to play in - kind of like a giant pool. Would stay here again.

We love this condo!

This is our second year to rent Eastern Shores 211. The condo is super clean and comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults; 2 teens). While the upstairs is the master, the adults take the downstairs bedroom for more privacy. The upstairs room does not have a door. The views are amazing and the beach is never too crowded. My teens love skimboarding in Eastern Lake which feeds into the ocean. Benchmark was very attentive when we had two issues arise while staying there. They were out to fix them within less than an hour. My only complaint is 2 beach access fobs. :( With a family of 4 that can come and go as they please, only have 2 beach access fobs was difficult. It would be super helpful to have 3-4 fobs. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation!

We had another wonderful stay in Seagrove Beach! This was our 4th time vacationing in the area and Eastern Shores is now our go-to for condo rental. We really enjoyed Unit 211, the space was wonderful for our family of 7 and the bunk room was just perfect for our three boys (ages 9, 7 & 5). The beds were extremely comfortable, no flat pillows here! Another thing to note that I missed on the description is that the unit has a baby gate and pack n play available for use, a major perk for travelers with young kids. A few things we would have liked to have had were hooks on the back of doors/in bathrooms to hang towels, swimsuits, etc., some sort of lock on the upstairs bathroom that is higher up out of small children’s reach, but so an adult or teen can have privacy, an oven mitt or two for the kitchen and scissors for the kitchen as well. None of these were deal breakers by an means! Just felt like easy fixes that I should pass along. Can’t wait to return to Seagrove and hopefully 211!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, remodeled condo! This is a million dollar view and has all the comforts of home! Very well stocked kitchen, with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a perfect vacation! I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely return.

This was a good experience for my family. We loved the beach view and the furnishings of the condo. The only real dings I could give are on general housekeeping. For the charge, they really should take out the trash themselves and give you more than two rolls of TP. As to Garrett, I appreciate their staff working with us up to the time of our stay. The staff was accommodating and courteous.

Wonderful location directly on the beach and absolute spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment looked ok and clean at first sight, but with a family of 7 we found some things missing along the way that could have eased our stay with 3 children aged 3, 5 and 9 and especially the cooking for 7 and dining.
Comments:
No kids appropriate dining dishes, flatware or cups.
No dining space for all to eat together. The condo sleeps 9 but only seats 4 at the dining table.
Also balcony only seats 4.

Good Rental Great Beach

NO ELEVATOR and this is on the third floor. This was the worst about this property. It is nicely upgraded and spacious. The washer and dryer are located in the hall with sliding doors that block the front loading washer soap dispenser. Not impossible to get soap in but difficult. Ants in kitchen so we could not leave any type of food product on counters. WiFi did not work the entire stay. The view is fabulous. Dolphins played every morning. Short pier walkway to beach. Easy to carry chairs, games etc. to beach. Water is great. You can actually see the fish as they nibble on your legs! They don't bite just nibble. Seaside and Panama City close with great shopping, dinning and nightlife if you wish. Seaside was my favorite. Checkout is 10am which is early but the cleaning service was knocking at the door at 9am! They did wait and we were out by 9:30 but I don' like feeling rushed.

We brought two adults and four kids to the condo at Eastern Shores and it worked out perfectly for us. Not only did we get to wake up to the beach and ocean each morning , the interior was set up and decorated very nice. We truly appreciate the upgrades to the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely consider this location again next year.
