You'll love all the attention to detail inside, with a gorgeous kitchen island that is centered in the room to maximize the time you're able to watch the waves of the Gulf crash ashore. Emerald Hill 13 offers a luxurious king bedroom and can sleep 2 more guests on the murphy bed in the console under the TV in the living area. The bathroom is a spa-like retreat with an extra-large walk in shower.

Emerald Hill:
On the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks, as well.

Come experience the Emerald Coast first hand with restaurants, shops, bike riding, shore fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and majestic sunrises and sunsets all at your front door. Emerald Hill is in the perfect place for easy access to all you could want out of your 30A vacation rental.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* Note: There are steps from the parking lot down to where you access the unit.
* Parking for 1 car (with required permit). No boats, trailers, or RVs.
* Golf carts are not allowed at Emerald Hill
* Only umbrellas (7’ max) are allowed on beach. No tents, cabanas, or canopies.

* Please note: There will be ongoing construction and improvements made to the Emerald Hill complex from mid July 2023 until the end of 2023 and into 2024. For more information on how this could affect your stay please give us a call.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Must stay Spot!

We had an excellent stay. The unit was not ready when we arrived, but Kelsey with the management co. did an outstanding job correcting the situation. The unit was well updated and has a great view of the beach. The external buildings are starting to show their age and need some TLC, but inside the unit was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect little spot

We loved our week at Emerald Hill 12A! Easy access to all 30A has to offer. Benchmark was great to work with from booking til check out. Condo renovations are lovely, comfortable bed, gorgeous ocean views and easy access to beach. The only thing I will mention in case it helps someone make a choice: though the front of the condo is ground level with the best patio, there are 6 steps from the parking lot to 12A’s hallway .

We had a blast!

The newly remodeled condo was in perfect condition. The only issue we had was the porch light would not work. They attempted to fix it but couldn't get it working. The pool had to be cleaned because some bad weather came through but they quickly fixed that. All in all it was an awesome place to vacation.

Excellent place

The ground level condo was emaculate, the entire interior was new, all appliances were very nice. This unit is actually beach-front. You walk out the large sliding doors to a small grassy area then right onto the beach. The surrounding shrubs make the patio very private.
