This a a great location to stay out of the car and get some needed exercise by bike you can get to most of the hot spots on 30A even the Publix or walk to local ones.The unit was easy access and clean.We had a great time even though mother nature was doing her thing.The kitchen needed to be restocked for cooking and the unit needs only half or less of the decorative pillows as it is small and they took most of the storage space up once removed from beds and bench.Overall it was great and we would return.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. Everything was so clean even down to the inside of the drawers. The whole process was so seamless from picking up keys and check in packet to the return of the keys. Will definitely be back

Amazing location!

It’s our second visit to this condo. It’s a hidden gem for the price and location to the beach (just a few steps to the beach access and to the pool). We knew it would be a little crowded for our little family of 4 but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo with amazing weather so it was fine. The main bed is lacking in support and needs to be replaced (it needed to be replaced when we were there 4 years ago so hopefully this will be done soon). Overall, great stay!

It was a small unit, but perfect size for my husband and I. It wasn't the cleanest and most up to date on the inside though. The location was great for pool access and 200 feet to the beach, which was great! It is very close to seaside, so a great location.

Good condo, not ideal for us

We loved the condo and the beach however a big part of vacationing for us is going out to dinner every night and we typically found that everywhere we wanted to go was always a 45 min drive through traffic to get there. As a final thought , we had a negative incident the morning of checkout, where we should have had until 10 am but we were awoken at 8am by cleaning staff unlocking the door and entering the condo without knocking or getting verbal permission just walked on in. So that kinda sucked.

There are many great locally-owned restaurants that offer fantastic dinner specials right by this complex, should you choose to shop/dine with small business instead of commercial restaurants found in Destin or Panama City nearby. We highly recommend Brozinni's Pizzeria, Angelina's Italian Restaurant, Steamboat Grill, and many others in the area. Feel free to check the Hospitality app or reach out to us directly for recommendations when staying with us on 30A to try something new and nearby, you won't regret it! We are sorry to hear that the cleaners entered before due time and will discuss this with our housekeeping staff and management, we pride ourselves on customer care and service and do not want to interrupt your stay even on the last day before your scheduled departure. Great little place to Getaway!

This condo is the perfect place for 2 people! It is a one room condo with everything you need. We love this place: we don't mind the close quarters. Queen bed, twin bed, small kitchen, and bathroom.
Beach access and close to Seaside restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back and request this exact same condo!

But I did have issues with NO curtains in the room.

Everything Was Easy

Everything was easy about this rental. The key was easy to pick up. The beach access was 20 yards from our door. The pool was 12 steps from our door. The bike rentals were just across the street.

Love 30A and Seagrove Beach. Emerald Hill 19 was a perfect size studio unit for a couple who enjoys biking, beaching and taking in all 30A has to offer. Perfect location, location, location. Garrett Realty is the only way to go for rentals in this area!

Been coming to Seagrove for years and used Garrett Realty for the first time on our latest stay and was very impressed with the level of service we received. We accidentally left two valuables and they were promptly mailed back to us and Garrett Realty treated the issue with urgency. People at the main office were fantastic and helpful as well. Also, could not beat the price for the location. Will be returning soon!!

We just returned yesterday from a short time away in Seagrove @ Emerald Hill. Unit 19 is a very pleasant space and just right for the 2 of us. Attractively decorated and quiet. The lack of seating other than the kitchen chairs and a wooden settee was really the only negative. Plenty of cooking pots, pans & dishware. If you are a stickler for a sharp knife and more than basic utensils when cooking, you may want to bring your own to augment what is stocked. Thank you for a really nice get-a-way weekend.

This space was great for our small family. There is ample sleeping space and storage. The location was fantastic, near the pool and right next to the beach! The kitchen was well equiped and the washer/dryer was helpful to have. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but worked fine. I'd recommend this place for future guests in Seagrove.
