Perfect Location

We loved the location!!! The walk down to the beach was so easy with the kids and the garage has everything you need. We loved the security that made sure only Emerald Hill occupants were on their portion of the beach. It wasn’t crowded at all. The beds are very comfortable. House is pretty clean for a rental (I am very detailed though). We would have loved a full size broom though to help with the sand. We would 100% book again. Pool was great! VERY clean and maintained. Easy bike ride to seaside and restaurants in Seagrove.

We had such a great time during our stay at Emerald Hill. The area is beautiful and the condo is furnished and was lovely. We had no problems with our stay and would recommend this for a family with small children. The beach is just footsteps away. The condo has all beach equipment and toys available for your use!

Townhouse was beautiful, clean , & had everything we needed! We loved that the garage had plenty of beach chairs/toys. The location was great, the beds were comfy! The beach was absolutely amazing, & hardly anyone was there, we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! We had a small problem with the dryer, & Benchmark had someone out there within the hour to fix it for us! Would definitely recommend!!

Another fantastic trip to 30A at Emerald Hill

This was our 8th year to vacation with extended family and friends. The condo location is excellent. On the beach, walking distance to shopping, dining and most importantly, Tom Thumb for ice! The condo is newly remodeled and nicely done. Can't wait for year 9!!

Beautiful condo

Very easy. Loved the fact there was no keys to keep up with. Communication was efficient.
My only issue is that there was a picture online that showed a view of the beach, making it seem as if the condo was right on beach. A little disappointed that it was not. Very short walk, not too bad. Unit was updated and very nice

The condo was roomy and clean. Vert well appointed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it. It has a garage FULL of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. That has huge value for us. Steps away from the beach. Pool is nice.
