Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the location. The appliances were awesome. Some improvements that can be made are the beds need updated (especially new sheets) and we could hear people above us at all hours of the night.

Convenient and clean

Love the location, easy to get in and out of. Our only problem was the bunk bed was super wobbly so nobody would sleep on it. Our guests had to sleep on the couch. We told the property management company and they said someone would come by. Not sure if they came or not but it wouldn’t be a quick fix, if needs to be replaced.

One of the best places we have stayed at. The condo was very clean, updated, has everything you need in the kitchen. The check in, check out process was very easy. The location is so amazing, only steps away from the beach. Shopping, restaurants, urgent care, and much more within walking distance. Benchmark was very prompt and helpful with any questions I had when I arrived. My family cannot wait until we come back!

Last minute rental and we really enjoyed the decor and location. If you plan to eat in, great table but kitchen is small. You can sit on your porch and enjoy the activity on 30A.

Great location- needs updating

The condo was in a great location. It's located just across the street from private beach access. Very easy walk to a beautiful beach. The condo is comfortable, but could use some updating and deep cleaning. Specifically, the carpet needs to be replaced, and the sofa needs to be cleaned or replaced. There is one bbq grill located right by a dumpster, which is not very appetizing. With a few upgrades, this condo could be amazing!

Great location- unit was so-so

This was our 3rd time staying at Grand Isle but first time in this unit. We now know never to stay on the 2nd floor! We could hear the people above us constantly- it felt like they were walking around our unit instead of theirs. Additionally Theo was sand in 2 of the beds when we arrived (a LOT!) and the pool was closed almost the entire time. We love the location and will stay here again but in a different unit.

Good location, easy private beach access across the street, clean and comfortable unit. We did notice some ants in the unit, and there is a lot of traffic noise from 30A but those are the only things we noticed we didn’t love about our experience.

The property was great - everything we expected! A very short walk to the beautiful beach! For 30A, it is a relatively calm area. You can do as much or as little as you choose - lots of good restaurants. We had a great getaway!

Good vacation with small issues that should be addressed

This unit as a whole was in a great location. Access to beach as well as restaurants was convenient. However, there was not ample supplies (i.e. kitchen utensils, bath towels, etc.) in this unit. The mattresses were absolutely awful. Cleanliness of outside stairwells needs to be addressed as well. These issues should be addressed, especially the mattresses. Even with these issues we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break 2020

My granddaughters and I were thrilled with Grand Isle 202! The decor was beautiful and cheerful and perfect for a beachy vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was professionally clean. The 4 minute walk to the beach was delightful and gave us time for chit chat ont the way and drying off on the way back. There is a crosswalk in front of the building which was very convenient especially when we rented bicycles. We spent hours at the dining table playing Monopoly. It was a perfect getaway. The only minute downside was trying to wash and dry clothes in the beautiful LG washer and dryer as some of the settings didn’t work. We managed after a few tries. We were sad to leave our cheery haven and hope to return next year.
