Cross 30A to your private beach access, making beach days a breeze. When you've had your fill of the shore, retreat to the comfort of Grand Isle's pool for a refreshing dip.

The open kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining and living areas, creates a communal space for shared moments. Step through the back door onto the expansive balcony, a perfect spot to bask in the soft Gulf breezes. With a washer and dryer for added convenience, NautiLife ensures that your beach retreat is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
Head across 30A to Majestica Circle, to the right of this road is a pedestrian gate (accessed via a fob located in the unit). Take this pathway where it will end at the beach.
Distance: 320 feet | Time: 2 minutes walking

Grand Isle:
Grand Isle offers grand style and convenience with retail shops on the ground floor with food, beverages, decorative items and more! It's a short walk across the street to the white sand and surf via the deeded access. Enjoy the area the scenic way, biking along the paved path that follows 30A between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great location and rental unit. I am a previous owner in Grand Isle, so I am picky... Well decorated, comfortable and all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable and I loved how well the air conditioning worked. The beach is right across the street through the private gate entrance. I love having perfect pig restaurant on site. Always a must to dine there. The support staff were very responsive when I forgot the door code. Definitely will stay here again. Awesome time.
