Loved everything about 304 Grand Isle.
The sofa and char cushions could be freshened up and one of the blinds in the dinette windows was broken. I was with my granddaughters and felt very safe and they were delighted to spend their 3rd visit to Grand Isle (previously 202 for bigger group) loved the location and super easy access to the beach.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo before heading to PCB for the rest of the winter. Very mixed feelings about this unit. Very comfortable, loved the porch, good access to the beach. This condo could use a deep clean, larger Smart TV, and the kitchen is very underwhelming if you are a cook, which I am. Guessing most people that rent this unit don't care about these things because they are only there for a week and on vacation!

Fabulous Stay at Grand Isle

We were three ladies enjoying a quick weekend get-away in this lovely area.
Condo is exactly as pictured, and has a very homely feel to it. Very clean and although we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We brought our own Keurig as the condo has a standard coffee maker.
Bed and sofa were comfortable to sleep on. I had brought my blowup mattress just in case, but it was not needed.
Patio furniture could use an update as well as the provided beach chairs.
We called the beach service for Majestica - Southwinds Beach Service. It would have been nice if the name of the service had been provided by Benchmark, but the person we spoke with did not know and directed us to two services who do not service that stretch of the beach. The private beach access is a huge plus in this area and is a very short walk.
Old Florida Fish house is a 3-4 min car ride, and is one of my absolute favorite places to eat down here. It has complementary valet parking.
I have rented through Benchmark before and will definitely use them again.
We had an amazing trip and would stay in this condo again.

This was the perfect stay for just my husband and I! We absolutely loved it. We will be back! It was an easy walk to the beach and easy walk to a few restaurants! The management got right back to me if I had any problems!

Great location, faulty room

We loved the location but the lock on door did not work. Benchmark sent someone to let us in and even replaced the lock but still did not work! We had to leave our door unlocked all weekend to ensure we could get in and not have to wait for them to send someone to unlock the door. Also, the dishwasher did not work. When I turned it on upon departure soap and foam covered the entire kitchen floor!

We had a really good time! Great location and the beach was perfect! We will definitely stay there again . The cleaning crew does need to clean master bathroom around vanity a little better but overall unit was great!

Pros - great location - good beach access - comfortable bed / cons the maid let herself in without knocking - while we were still packing at 30 minutes before check out. I was standing there nude.. had to throw on clothes.

3rd Elevator

Not pleasant for us "seniors" to haul groceries, supplies, luggage and beach gear up 3 flights of stairs as no one had the consideration to notify us the elevator was not operating....and according to tenants below, hadn't been for quite some time. Very unpleasant. Used app to contact Benchmark and never received a response.

All was a promised online. Very convenient and pleasant in all respects. Unit is tastefully decorated, very nice for one couple. Private beach easily accessed. End unit near elevator with nice out door space and lots of natural light. Having the outstanding Pleasant Pig restaurant on ground floor was big plus.

Grand Isle has a wonderful central location. We have stayed in the building before and choose to return. This was our first stay in 304 and our first experience with Benchmark. They were responsive to our calls and requests. Somewhat frustrating to call into the office during the day and be asked to leave a message.

I was delighted that there was an elevator, even though we only used it for unpacking the car upon arrival. Lovely and clean home, however, the drier did not work from day 1, a part needed to be ordered which left me with a lot of wet clothes. Management team didn't offer for the washer/drier unit to be replaced or anything...which was disappointing.

The unit is located across the street from the beach with a limited view of the gulf. What it lacks in views it makes up for in location. We loved the porch swing and how close we were to everything Seagrove had to offer. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We loved our trip here and would happily stay again. We felt like everything was as good or better than advertised. The beds were both very comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated. Our only complaint was that there was a huge need for black out curtains. The light from outside filtered through the blinds. Our youngest also had a hard time sleeping since there were no blinds in the main room (but she was trying to go to sleep before the sun went down). So if you are someone who needs a dark room, bring a sleep mask! I would have also liked wifi access, but we all did fine without it.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo in July. It was roomy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the wood floors and comfy furniture and the swing was great! It is so close to the beach and very nice places to eat near by. We plan on returning next year. The folks at Garrett were friendly and helpful and we definitely recommend them.
