Happy Ours is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home designed for your comfort and convenience. With an inviting open-concept layout, it's perfect for multi-family and group gatherings. The heart of this retreat is the bright kitchen, where you'll find all the essentials and more. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which comfortably seats 5, plus a bench for added space. After dinner, kick back and relax in the cozy living area.

2 bedrooms await on the 1st floor, offering a range of sleeping arrangements. The family suite features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a day bed. In the second bedroom, a luxurious king bed awaits, along with a private bathroom featuring a lovey freestanding tub and walk-in shower.

On the 2nd floor, you'll discover 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 boasts a queen bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom that includes a convenient tub/shower combo. Meanwhile, bedroom 4 offers another California king bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

But the features don't stop inside! Step outside to the back patio, where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and fresh air. Fire up the propane grill for a cookout or gather around the fire pit with its screened cover and seating for 4. There's even a small table with 4 chairs for alfresco dining. During your stay, take advantage of the washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean. And when you're ready to cool off, explore the community's 2 inviting pools, with the northern pool heated from October 31 to January 1, and again from March 15 to May 15.

Plus, you're just a short 10-minute walk from a public beach access point, where you can sink your toes into the sugar-white sands and soak up the Florida sun. With large bedrooms, balconies, a welcoming front porch, and all the amenities you need, this is the ideal retreat for your next beach getaway! It’s also SNOWBIRD friendly, with access to a heated pool, close to Seaside, and just minutes from the beach.

Head down N. Andalusia Ave. and follow this road across 30A and you’ll find your beach access.

Grove by the Sea:
As its name implies, The Grove by the Sea neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-lined community located directly across from the beautiful emerald beaches of South Walton. Beach access is an easy walk from the home, and there are 2 private neighborhood pools, plus a tennis court. Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make it an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
