we had a great stay weather was beautiful and room was comfortable and short walk to beach. To be honest our ice cream melted first night IN FREEZER AND ice maker didn't work and the DRAIN IN SHOWER VERY SLOW FILLING TUB but other than that all was well.

Efficiency type condo in a great location directly across from a very nice beach access. Condo is in the front, very convenient. Although kind of small it was clean and all you need for a few days. My only complaint is the fold out couch mattress was unbearable, totally worn out. We all ended up sleeping in the bed. It needs to be replaced asap. I would recommend for two people.

A Wonderful First

My 12 year old son and I visited the 30A area for part of our Spring Break and what a wonderful first experience we had together. This unit offered exactly what we needed and more. It was not only the end unit, but right across from the beach access and a short walk to the gorgeous white sand and ocean. Only thing it didn't have that we needed was a sheet pan, but everything else was available and working well. Unit could use a ceiling fan to allow air to flow throughout, but the beds were comfy and the space was just right for the two of us and all our things. We hope to be back soon!

Bad weather but great vacay

Unit was clean and very nice. Close to the beach access. A couple of suggestions would be to add some hooks outside for wet towels and swimsuits. Also some type of outdoor side table between the patio chairs would be nice. Other than that everything was great. Had a great time even with the bad weather. Still went to Hurricane Oyster bar, Louis Louis, and Bayou Bills a few times.

hidden beach Hideaway

This is a great spot for two people. The bed is a bit springy and is actually a Murphy Bed that stays down, but comfortable. Access to the beach is perfect, just cross the street. Proximity to great restaurants, etc is great. We might go for a 1 bedroom rather than a studio next time, but very happy with this find.

Quaint, great location

The location of this condo was great! Right across the street from beach access, and not far from shops and restaurants. Renting bikes is a great idea because it's easy and faster to ride to most places. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things that need to be addressed like a new toaster and some additional dishes and silverware. But overall it was great, and we'd stay there again!

Great location. Only a couple of complaints. 1. The amount of emails was a bit much. 2. Renting chairs for the beach was extremely confusing, therefore, I never got to use my $40 voucher. 3. The $10 Publix gift card had to be picked up at the office which was a hassle since we went to the grocery as soon as we got there. But other than those issues, we would definitely stay there again!!

Beach vacay

Everything was great. It was hard to reach the glasses on the top shelf and I had to climb on the counter. Need little foot stool and also more wine glasses.
I’d add a memory foam pad on the mattress because it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, it was a great location and we liked it.

We love staying at hidden beach villas. It is so convenient, so close to beach and perfect for two. Cable tv was sketchy - hard to navigate and would go in and out but honestly it was nice not to be programmed into network tv and enjoy our stay. We had a few issues with a complex across the street - Jasmine who claimed the public beach was their beach and harassed people trying to sit on beach to right of stairs. It made to the left of stairs at beach access very crowded. According to walton county, they cannot claim this space as ‘theirs’ but it was too difficult to relocate to another space on beach. Hidden beach villas was wonderful place to spend our week.

Everything we needed

Great location right across 30A from beach access walkway. Plenty big for three. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed plus pullout sofa bed. Extra windows since it is end unit. Patio for enjoying the sights and sounds and rain shower breaks. Convenient to 30A restaurants and other businesses, but quiet. Would rent again.

The condo was clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time there. The only problem I had was that there was no hair dryer in the condo, so I had to air dry my hair. I wish I had known that no hair dryer was in the condo.

Stayed here for a quick girls trip and we were pleasantly surprised! Room was very clean and comfortable. Were worried about what we’d find for the price we paid but I’d stay again in a heart beat. Beach access was perfect, couldn’t beat location either. All in all it’s nice to know that you can still find a safe, clean and convenient place to stay on 30A without breaking the bank! Who knew?

The set up of the condo was perfect for a couple friends or a couple.
The biggest complaint is the AC did not work properly. Garrett reality did send out two AC repairs out to the condo. It never did work correctly. Having the fan made it bearable and it was May . If it was summer , we definitely would have moved!
Garrett did offer us a place on the second floor but we choose to stay on first floor since neither one of us wanted to climb stairs.
The sofa sleeper had a terrible mattress and pillows were very thin.
Despite the AC issues , we had a lovely time.

Truly a Hidden Gem!

Hidden Beach 101 was perfect for a getaway with my two grown daughters! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and bed was really comfy! The walkway to the beach was beautiful—we called it our “Secret Garden path” and shorter than most beachfront condos I’ve stayed in, even though we were across the street. It was truly a perfect place to stay!

Will definitely rent from them again! My stay at Hidden beach villa 101 was great! It was small but accommodating for myself and my husband. We enjoyed our last minute getaway. The place is across from beach access and is close to shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this place for couples!
