A stunning modern studio (perfect for a couple or small family) that offers beautiful pool views. 305 is one of the larger units offered and has everything you need for a 30A getaway. The kitchenette is well appointed with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and 2-burner stove top. The open shelving makes everything easy to find. No need to struggle to find a mug for your morning coffee.

305 is finely appointed with a modern costal design aesthetic, with new upgraded furniture throughout. You'll enjoy a luxurious a king bed plus there is a queen sofa sleeper if you need to sleep more guests. The bathroom is updated with crisp white finishes and features a tub/shower combination.

There's a table for 2 where you can easily enjoy a freshly prepared meal or some takeout. For those who prefer to dine al fresco, you're just a few steps from your oversized private balcony. This is also a great spot to catch a sunset with an evening cocktail.

Spend a day at the pool, relax in the hot tub or simply grab a lounger and soak up some of that Florida sunshine. Of course, you'll also want to enjoy some beach days - head across 30A and east for about .03 miles and you'll find your beach access at Sunset Beach. Get ready to dip your toes in the sand and spend some time in the salty Gulf waves. Or if you prefer, you can ride the complimentary shuttle that runs in season.

A quick stroll will lead you to the Village of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Here you can choose from the many unique local restaurants and boutiques. From farmer's markets to various art shows; whether you are looking to ride a bike or lounge on the white sands of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone at Seacrest Beach!

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Cozy, quaint, and convenient

This condo is conveniently located, steps away from beautiful Alys Beach strip. It is also easy to get to Seacrest beach to enjoy the sand, as well as restaurants and shopping at nearby 30A communities. The mgmt team was easy to communicate with and made things convenient for us during check-in/check-out times. It's a cozy condo, easy to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Peaceful Stay

Unit 305 made a wonderful place to spend our week in Seacrest Beach. The unit was clean, bright, and well supplied. We enjoyed the balcony, having a dishwasher and two burner stovetop, the openness of the unit and bright decor. The location is perfect as it is close to many restaurants and shops. The king bed was very comfortable. There is construction in the area, so some early morning noise but not overly intrusive.

Great Stay and Location! Some small updates needed though.

This was the perfect unit for a getaway with my husband. We loved the oversized balcony and the bed was super comfortable! The location couldn’t have been better. We loved walking to Alys or Rosemary for dinner or shopping. They communicated with us very clearly on check in instructions and any details we may have needed during the stay. The kitchenette was well appointed and we didn’t need anything that was already there. We were surprised that the balcony even had a little bit of an ocean view! The water was perfect during our stay, so we could see the bright blue and emerald colors first thing each morning. And the sunset views are unbeatable from this unit! The furniture was comfortable and updated throughout the unit as well which contributed to the quality of stay.

Very small details, however, that would have been good to know before we arrived: 1. The hairdryer does not work. 2. The hot water lasts about a minute then turns very cool for showers. 3. When we arrived, the unit was not super clean. It was not dirty per say, but there was trash left from the previous renters, the floors definitely had not been cleaned before our arrival. I think housekeeping really could use some improvement. It was no big deal, just took a little bit of time to clean up a couple of things before we got into chill mode. They did provide a vacuum cleaner that made cleaning easy, though.

Overall, great stay! We will definitely be back. We keep saying early morning on this balcony with our coffees looking at the ocean is our happy place!

Great Location

Perfect spot between Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Easy walk to everything. Great balcony. Pool needs to be cleaned. Bed was soft. Overall, I would stay there again

Fantastic Stay

Unit itself is fantastic. The building is a little older, but has amazing charm. Everything in the unit was well done and worked perfectly. The location is actually really great because you are not in the immediate mix of the crowds, but everything is a very easy walk away.

Awesome studio!

My husband and I came to stay at the inn at seacrest for a quick long weekend getaway. We had our 2 month old baby with us and it was the perfect spot! The unit had everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite part! Our only issue was the elevator number 1 button would get stuck and wouldn’t work sometimes. With a baby and a stroller it made it difficult.
Otherwise, we would have used the stairs every time!

Great 30A Couples Vacation Spot

This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit; with this most recent trip being just my husband and me. The condo has been updated a bit since our stay in 2018 and we loved the new patio furniture and bathroom setup, and was glad to see other small changes. However, this unit really does need to be upgraded with better furniture and linen options, and decor. Had I not brought our own pillows and two blankets we would have been very cold. The bed is not very comfortable and it would be nice if there was a king size bed. Rather than the chandelier light I would suggest putting up a ceiling fan. We brought our own fan which helped. The bedside table lamps are huge and somewhat in the way. These are just some suggestions that I think would make this unit even better than it is! Great location, very quiet, and pool not very crowded. Will rent again.

Great Location

Great studio condo...clean and comfortable. Location is what makes it perfect. Situated within walking distance to both Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Great balcony as well.
