Laketown Wharf 1001 is a fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach condo. The Emerald Green water and sugar white sand beach is only a short walk across the street from the complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and tools for nights in and beach snacks. Whether you’re cooking for the whole family or just making a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. One of the most impressive features of this unit is the private balcony that offers stunning Gulf views. You can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set over the peaceful waves from the comfort of your own balcony. This unit is on the same floor as one of the complex pools and hot tubs.

LAKETOWN WHARF PARKING PASS & WRISTBAND FEE
A one-time fee of $75-$105 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

CHECK-IN TIMES: Check-in is after 4:30 pm. Due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.
