Laketown Wharf 1316 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Panama City Beach. This spacious unit boasts a fully-equipped kitchen that opens into the dining and living area. The balcony has incredible views of the Gulf and provides lots of natural light throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom. The living area offers a sleeper sofa couch and updated furniture for the ultimate luxurious feel.

Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Laketown Wharf
Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than to experience the beach across the street.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $86.97 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Very good price for the stay. Everything was very clean! Only issue i had was the dryer wouldn’t keep running im guessing from previous guest where the sand got all in it but overall it was a great experience!!!

Es un lugar muy tranquilo la vista del mar desde el balcón la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitábamos nada más tener en cuenta que tienes que pagar otra cosita como el cobro delos brazaletes para entrar en las piscinas y si pierdes una te cobran $ 100 pero es cuestión de cuidado y si volvería otra vez

The room was nice but when you have to pay an extra $29 per person to be able to access the condo pool parking and beach that is ridiculous

The condo was Very nice and very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed. There was plenty of sitting space for everyone to lounge around together. And it was actually a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The security on the property was great. My teenagers were able to roam and explore. We checked out all the pools, and the little shops The location was perfect for us and I definitely will be looking to use this same spot again next year.

TV issues

There was no remote for the large TV in the unit. I finally was able to get connected to the cable service on the last 2 days if the stay, otherwise it was good
