From the 5 unique pools, a beautiful lakefront boardwalk, to its fitness center and miniature golf course, there is really no reason to leave. Just head across the street for your beach day! It truly is a phenomenal setting offering a Vegas style fountain show every night.

LAKETOWN WHARF PARKING PASS & WRISTBAND FEE
A one-time fee of $75-$105 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

CHECK-IN TIMES: Check-in is after 4:30 pm. Due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

property was on the market-we were disturbed multiple times for showings an inspections. two fire alarms at 2:00 am to evacuate building. Construction (new flooring) noise was unbeliveable when jack hammer was in use(2 days). property was notfurnished properly in the kitchen, NO CAN OPENER.

William, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that the atmosphere was not the best while you were here. Truthfully, almost the entire 30A is undergoing construction and this is not something that we compensate for. We understand this may come as an inconvenience since we do not manage the work going on around our properties and there is nothing much we can do. Usually, if we are made aware of neighboring construction that will affect our guests majorly, we would notify them before arrival and/or provide alternative options.
