The unit is very spacious, offering 3 large bedrooms. The main master has a very large ensuite bathroom, private balcony that features gorgeous Gulf views, and an extremely comfortable bed. The bunk area is located in its own nook, where kiddos can enjoy some game time on their own.

Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located directly across from the beach. Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

LAKETOWN WHARF PARKING PASS & WRISTBAND FEE
A one-time fee of $75-$105 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

CHECK-IN TIMES: Check-in is after 4:30 pm. Due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.
