The booking experience wasn’t very pleasant. We went through . Got a call the 2nd night there that we didn’t pay(which we had to, to receive the info to get into unit) Benchmark management called saying we were on an eviction notice for not paying which was a pain bc we were trying to enjoy some time with our family so that but a hold on things trying to get everything fixed. Not only that the unit wasn’t clean when we got there (check in time was 4:30pm, we got there at 8:15pm) and I had to call and tell someone about it. Plus the cleaning ppl went into the unit without telling us after we called and complained. We never got any kind of notifications saying someone was coming to clean it. And we stayed up the night we got there cleaning sheets and stuff so we could sleep. The front desk can’t help you with anything.

The 2nd bedroom the shower head does not work. Very few pillows in the condo. The cable did not work only Roku not everyone has a net flex account.

We have taken your comments regarding the number of pillows in the unit as well as the cable and will pass them on to the proper parties. Please note however that we received no report from you during your stay regarding the shower head, we do apologize for the inconvenience; but please remember that we are always here to help and would have happily sent our maintenance team to the unit to address the issue. The check in process was a nightmare. The code I was given was wrong. My band didn't work so I had gone to the pool, and I couldn't get in so I had to go back to the office, and they had to redo my band. I didn't get an I apologize or anything. I have a broken foot, so I was very upset. The condo didn't have a can opener and was missing several items so we couldn't cook things. We hardley had any towels. I was extremely upset and disappointed.
