An open-concept living area is extended by the fantastic balcony. Tide Lines comes with free seasonal beach setup plus an additional 2 beach chairs are in the unit.

Who can resist mesmerizing views of turquoise waves? From the couch, master bedroom or the balcony, these Gulf views are all yours! Located on the third floor, this 2300 square-foot end unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Head downstairs for a dip in the pool, or to the private beach access!

Tide Lines boasts an open kitchen and large bar opening to the living area makes for fun evenings cooking with the whole gang. Fully-equipped with everything the home chef needs. After grabbing a drink, everyone can easily access the balcony and find a seat to enjoy a beverage and sunset.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, Gulf-views and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub, large shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds, TV, DVD player.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Legacy Condominiums:
Located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, “The Legacy”, is a Gulf-front, 4-story condominium. Enjoy the ultimate in luxury with a stay here. The Legacy is convenient to local fine dining restaurants all along scenic 30A. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. This is a private, gated community with private beach access and Gulf-front pool. There are also elevators available.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great place.

The property is great! The only problem was when trying to get through the entrance gate onto the complex upon our initial arrival. It seems that I was never given the gate code, I had to call into your office that evening while parked at the gate to get the proper code. Going forward, please make sure that all door/gate codes are included in the arrival documents and that they are all correct.

Seagrove Beach Condo

The best location and stay!

Legacy was an excellent location! The beach access was the best part of the trip, easy to get umbrella and chair service since it’s offered right on the beach. The pool was very clean and nice to have when kids were tired of the rough waves. The pool was a little small when numerous guests were there together so we had to take turns getting in if big kids were in the pool since our kids are small. Our unit was very clean and overall a great experience. We did notice the vacuum needs to be replaced (tried vacuuming several times and it essentially wasnt working). We also expected to at least have a starter roll of TP in the bathrooms when we arrived but there was none (thank goodness we brought our own)! The unit itself could use some Renos, the master bathroom air vent is molding because there’s no external venting for the steam. We would absolutely stay here again. Was such a wonderful week!

Perfect picturesque vacation spot

Condo was spotless and up-to-date/modern. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the sugar white sand and blue gulf waters. Gated condo community also added extra comfort knowing that our bikes and cars were safe. Location is fantastic- 1 mile easy bike ride to heart of seaside.
