Who can resist mesmerizing views of turquoise waves? From the couch, master bedroom or the balcony, these Gulf views are all yours! Located on the third floor, this 2300 square-foot end unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Head downstairs for a dip in the pool, or to the private beach access!

Tide Lines boasts an open kitchen and large bar opening to the living area makes for fun evenings cooking with the whole gang. Fully-equipped with everything the home chef needs. After grabbing a drink, everyone can easily access the balcony and find a seat to enjoy a beverage and sunset.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, Gulf-views and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub, large shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds, TV, DVD player.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, “The Legacy”, is a Gulf-front, 4-story condominium. Enjoy the ultimate in luxury with a stay here. The Legacy is convenient to local fine dining restaurants all along scenic 30A. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. This is a private, gated community with private beach access and Gulf-front pool. There are also elevators available.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
