The kitchenette includes a microwave, full-size refrigerator plus a Keurig coffeemaker. While there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a coin operated laundry area on the ground floor parking level.

The stunning pool (heated seasonally) is just an elevator ride away. Head across the pool grounds and across the street and you're at your beach access. Pool days and beach days couldn't be easier! Looking for incredible views of the sunset? Head up to the top floor of the building to relax on the incredible sunset deck.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
