Majestic Palm is a stunning luxury home with 4 stories including one of the largest rooftop private entertainment terraces featuring spectacular views. And the location is perfect - you're right next door to 30Avenue, The Donut Hole and Destin Ice Market for incredible shopping and dining experiences. You're also right across the road from your beach access and just a few minutes west of one of the area's largest regional beach accesses with restrooms and parking.

From the front of the home you'll walk up to the 2nd Floor open concept space. You're immediately greeted with an incredible entertainment area framing a large TV and electric fireplace. Head further in and you'll be amazed by the kitchen. If you love to cook then this is the home for you: top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of counterspace, double overs and wonderful sightlines to both the dining area and entertaining area. Off both the front and back of this floor are beautiful balcony spaces. Finishing off this level is a convenient half bathroom plus an office area. We hope you don't need to work on your vacation, but this home offers the perfect setup for it!

The Inlet Beach neighborhood, Twin Palms, is perfectly located next door to Rosemary Beach and within a few minutes of all the other unique South Walton beach communities. You'll find no shortage of things to do with a stay at Majestic Palm.

Construction Disclaimer:
This is a new and thriving neighborhood - there will be construction in the surrounding areas around the home. There is a pool currently under construction for the community, however it will not be complete until late fall or winter of 2023. Exact completion date is not known. The Hwy 98 underpass located at the Donut Hole is estimated to be completed this summer, facilitating bike and pedestrian access to more amenities on 30A.

Beach Access:
Head back out of the neighborhood towards Wall Street. From the north side, take Wall Street Across Hwy 98 where it will end at your Beach Access, Wall Street Public Beach Access.

Inlet Beach:
The location can't be beat! You're minutes from 30Avenue where you'll find no shortage of dining and shopping options. If you're looking to explore the area's natural beauty, Camp Helen State Park is practically right next door. Minutes from Rosemary Beach to the west and Panama City Beach to the east, you'll be pleased to have everything you could want on your 30A vacation at your fingertips.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
