The main area is open concept for easy entertaining and dining. The living room has a large 55" TV, surrounded by plenty of seating. The dining area has seating for 8 with another 2 spots at the bar. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with an extra-large washer and dryer. The 1st floor also has a half bathroom.

The convenient 1st floor master suite offers access to the home’s wraparound porch. Here you’ll find plenty of seating where you can enjoy a cup a coffee in the morning as you overlook the homes beautifully manicured backyard. The screened-in porch features 3 fans to keep you cool on those hot Florida days.

Enjoy the beautiful backyard with enough space to gather and relax at several seating areas and a picnic table. The perfect space to provide the peaceful tranquility you needed on your time away. Fire up the gas grill to satisfy any BBQ cravings your family has.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed and large TV. Private bathroom with a large walk-in shower with rain shower head.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Balcony access with Gulf views. Private bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV. Balcony access with Gulf views. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
There are also 2 twin rollaway beds at the home

BEACH ACCESS
Head down the street and across 30A, keep walking for about 8 minutes (even shorter by bike) and your beach access is at Seacrest Drive, about .4 miles.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
