Great spot on the Emerald Coast

I had a great stay at this little condo on the beach. It provided a quiet spot on the coast for relaxing and taking walks, as well as easy access to other areas along the coast for exploring, hiking, and enjoying local farmer's markets, fish markets and local restaurants, as well as convenient access for groceries. I found it thoughtfully equipped, clean and comfortable, with a tasteful beach vibe!

Quick get away

This was a short trip we added and found this retreat with beach access. It was a nice spot, well equipped, easy in ( first floor) and out ( boardwalk right to the water). A few daily needs were met with kindness and promptness. The bed in the main room is a queen, it was comfortable but may need updating in the future. There was also a pull out couch but we didn’t use it. If you love sunsets, this is your spot .

Great trip

This unit was in an ideal location, very clean, quiet and the view was spectacular. The only downfall about this place is that it is located right next door to a public beach. There was not coded gate to keep those individuals out of the Mistral property and they were going back and forth which was scary. They were parking on 30A and using the Mistral as their beach entrance. Other than this concern we had a great stay.

Great Location

The condo was well decorated and had every thing we needed for our weeks stay. It was convenient to not have to walk up lots of stairs to access the room as well as the being able to access the beach from the deck. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was that the TV was all streaming so not a lot of options if you don’t already have streaming accounts. Netflix and LiveTV (which wasn’t really live) was provided. Others, your in your own.

Mistral 1 - Bare Feet Retreat

Overall this was a great location and comfortable unit. The only drawback was being on the first floor and a walkway that went right past our bedroom window and also our living area patio doors. The view was also somewhat obstructed. That being said, there were the advantages of not having to walk up several stairs!

Perfect little beachfront condo

We had a great time staying at the mistral #1. It was exceptionally clean and provided us with everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we ventured to Rosemary beach and seaside which we were situated right between. The fact that we could get to the beach so easily from the condos porch we a huge plus for us with a two year old. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic week at Mistral!

My family and I have been coming to the area since I will a child, and so 30a has become my kids favorite place to be. Mistral 1 was by the far nicest condo we have stayed in, since bringing my kids to the area for the past 5 years. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, a perfect location, easy to get in to and deal with. Just an overall perfect experience. The pull out coach bed wasn’t the most comfortable for the kids but we always pack a blowup mattress, so that was no big deal. We will absolutely be back and honestly I have already recommended the condo to a couple of family friends. Thank you!!

This unit had a great location, the property itself was small and easy to get around. The beach setup was GREAT. The unit would be best for 2 people because there was much room in the living room with the fold out bed for kids. Unit could have been a little cleaner (Hairs on floor everywhere), but overall was a really good unit. GREAT location.
