Located along Scenic 30A, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Monterey B301 places you in the middle of Florida’s finest beach communities, restaurants and recreational activities. The smell of salt air, sugar white sand and the mesmerizing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, offer the well-deserved haven you are searching for.

This lovely 3rd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, plus an enclosed bunk room. The master bedroom suite boasts a spacious king bed and the en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and separate shower with double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a 2 full beds and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf through the wall of windows. Feel the warm tropical breezes, as you enjoy a quiet moment on the water front balcony.

Monterey Condominiums, located in Seacrest Beach, near famous Rosemary Beach, allows for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the Gulf coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the Scenic 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Amazing peaceful location!!

We had a wonderful time at Monterey B301! The beach and pool were never crowded. My children enjoyed playing on the grassy area in front of the condo, and the pool bathrooms were super convenient. The proximity to the beach and closeness of all on 30A was fabulous. Benchmark was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Second stay

We love the size, decor and location! We had a wonderful stay. There is one chair in living area that needs to be replaced, upholstery dirty and it rocks back too far.

Perfect

Perfect location. I loved the furniture and the kitchen. It was so relaxing.
If I had to pick 1 thing that I would change, it would just to add curtains to the side windows (2) of the building where the other condo could see in.
We had an issue with the dryer not working but maintenance came the next morning in less than 12 hours and fixed it.
I will be staying here again!

Perfect Family Get Away

We rented multiple condos for our entire family. We ranged in age from 1-91 and everyone had a great time. The location was perfect, beach access amazing, and the condos were well maintained and very comfortable. I hope to come back soon!

Late December in 30A

This condo was great for our family. The views to the beach and gulf are wonderful, the elevator is fast and it only services 8 units so its always available. 3 Bedrooms with a bunk closet slept 2 fam's and the grandparents easily and everyone has their own bathroom. This part of Seacrest Beach is our favorite and is less crowded than most of 30a. Your a short walk to Alys and Rosemary. We would stay here again.

Clean and beautifully decorated

We just spent a week at Monterey, Unit B301 and loved the view and location. Close enough for convenience but a lovely private location away from the crowd and a private gate to the parking area. Everyday we woke to a beautiful ocean view with access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and what a pleasure! The beach was easily accessible with a lovely pool if you didn't want to go to the beach. A very clean and beautifully decorated unit with comfortable furniture. We would definitely book this unit again!

The view is the show stopper!!

We recently stayed at the Monterey, unit B301, and had an amazing time. The condo is airy with lots of light and updated furnishings and appliances. It is within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony is the show stopper however!! You can hear the roar of the ocean and see the sun coming up in the morning and setting at night. It’s also a great place for coffee and cocktails and is especially nice that the beach can be accessed without having to cross a road. It’s literally out your back door!! My husband and I would highly recommend renting this unit. We’re sure you would enjoy it as much as we did.
