Our Blue Haven is a dog-friendly, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Seacrest haven that's received a stylish refresh, making it an ideal space for your family's relaxing 30A vacation. With 2 Master Suites and one on the 1st Floor, this home will work for all kinds of families and groups. Throughout the house, you'll find new lighting, and ceiling fans, adding a contemporary touch. The living room now boasts a brand new TV and sound bar, enhancing your entertainment experience. Plus, the entire house now features new luxury vinyl flooring, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy true open concept living on the 1st Floor with plenty of dining seating and room to gather. The kitchen has just been refreshed with new quartz countertops. The screened-in patio off the back of the home makes another great area to enjoy a meal, especially if you're BBQing on the Weber gas grill. With not one but two remodeled Master Bathrooms featuring porcelain and marble finishes and brand new stand-alone tubs, this home offers luxurious comfort. The remaining bathrooms have also been upgraded with new sinks, toilets, and countertops, elevating your experience. With a seasonal Beach Tram and access to the famous Seacrest Lagoon pool, this home offers everything you need.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, patio access. Private bathroom with large shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with tub, shower, dual vanities.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, balcony access. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, balcony access. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.
2nd Floor Landing: Twin-over-full bed with full trundle, TV.
3rd Floor: Bedroom 5: Queen murphy bed, wet bar area with coffee maker, TV, private bathroom, private balcony

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.
Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking

Seacrest Beach:
The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

* Fireplace not for guest use.
* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed at a maximum of 35 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.
* Golf carts are not allowed in the Seacrest Beach community.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beautiful home- lots of space! Very convenient to pool

Beautiful house- lots of space. Only issue was the kitchen amenities need to be updated (ice machine barely works, only one frying pan, dishwasher poor). Beds were comfortable and we loved all the balconies! Great location- unless you want to go to the beach during Spring Break...the county passed an ordinance that gave ALL renters a small sliver of beach to relax on. You needed to get there by 9am to find a spot and there were literally thousands of us in a small area. Lots of "private" beach on both sides of us, but we weren't permitted to use it. For this reason- we won't be returning to Rosemary/Seacrest area. Again, don't want to take anything away from this beautiful house, but the beach situation was AWFUL. The pools were amazing, but chairs were hard to find due to overcrowding (likely due to beach situation).

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful home in a great location! We had a wonderful family vacation and had plenty of space for us and our 4 adult children. Texting the rental company was easy and convenient and they responded quickly. One example is when we needed a new propane tank for the grill - I texted later in the day and it was replaced the next morning. We would definitely go back!

Perfect family getaway

We are still on a cloud from this wonderful visit! We had a large, multigenerational crew and the layout was perfect for meals, games, fun conversations.The home is well appointed--holy smokes everybody even had a balcony or patio! My sister is a chef and the kitchen had everything she needed. There were plenty of seats by the pool, which is a show stopper. The tram to the beach was fine, but the walk is so short you don't really need it (and I'm not a walker!)Benchmark handled everything promptly--they thought of everything! T

Great vacation. Relaxing. Great accommodations. We did not know about Seacrest Beach’s policy regarding wristband change on Sundays. Had problem getting to the beach on Monday (along with 25 to 30 other guests). Our stay was Wednesday through Tuesday. Otherwise great vacation.

Lovely and Comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at Our Blue Haven immensely ! The home is lovely and comfortable and spacious ! We had 10 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pirate ship bedroom !!!The kitchen was very well equipped . We loved the screened in back porch and the many balconies ! The tram service is wonderful. The pool is in walking distance and our family loved it. The beach was a bit crowded and we did not expect that this time of year . We enjoyed the live music nightly in the shop area ! Great food there as well !
