Experience peace and serenity at this stunning retreat overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From the large furnished balcony, you will have the pleasure of a panoramic view of the coastline that is to die for. Enjoy watching the sunrise from nearly every room in the condo, and make delicious meals in the spacious kitchen with ample counter space and modern appliances. Take a walk down the beach, looking for seashells. If you need to cool off, the refreshing waters of the Gulf and the shared pool are waiting for you! When the sun goes down, pop some popcorn and watch a movie on the TV or play a game to end your relaxing day.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

PALAZZO PARKING PASS & WRISTBAND FEE
A one-time fee of $40 per vehicle will need to be paid separate from the reservation. The parking garage maximum clearance is 6' 10" - SUVs, vans, minivans, and other recreational type vehicles with car top luggage carriers will not make the 7' clearance. The gate will flash yellow light indicating the vehicle is too tall and the gate will not open. Guests with these vehicles must park in the parking lot across the street. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
