This is our second stay in this condo for Fall Break. It is perfect-very close proximity to the beach and not super crowded. The unit has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. This is our favorite place to stay!

Great Condo Beachside

The property and condo were very well maintained, location could not be any better. Walk out the back porch and right down to the beach. The kitchen was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property and plan on coming back some time in the future

Great stay

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. We like to cook for dinner most nights and the kitchen had we needed. Our family also enjoyed being on the bottom floor. It was quiet inside even with the walkway being right outside. Everything worked great! We have no complaints. Will definitely rebook!!

We have stayed at The Palms and other condos in the Seagrove area for many years. This unit takes the cake! We have 2 young children and they loved the bunks. The access to the beach couldn't be more convenient. We will be back!

What a great experience to say the least check in and out was a breeze. Unit was wonderful and just as it was listed well it was even better we totally enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach and everything was great. Out the back door down some steps and you’re there!

Condo was good, but not impressed with Benchmark

Condo was great, however, neither the beach gate code nor the pool gate code was provided. I had to jump over the pool fence to get out (after I was let in by another guest). We had been traveling for 12 hours, but early check-in not available and if you do they charge a fee (nickel and diming). Last, I left some clothes in the condo. I notified Benchmark immediately and filled out the “form”. It is now 6 days later and I cannot get an answer about the clothes I left. They keep saying “there’s a process”. How hard is it to let me know if the clothes are found or not? And one of the ladies I talked with was defensive and not friendly.

Quick January Get Away!

First of all, the weather was perfect, and January is a great time to stay. Less crowds and temp in the 60's and 70's in general. This condo is in a perfect location; literally steps away from the beach and only a little over a mile from Seaside's main square. Since it's a ground floor unit this allowed us to walk right out the back sliding glass doors to the beach. Because of its location, it's easy to leave the car parked and get around on bikes during the day. There are plenty of bike rental options within walking distance. The condo is nicely decorated, cute and beachy and has a well-stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Close to restaurants and shops. It's a treat to sit on the back patio with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the water. Also, easy to get up last minute and make it out for sunrise too! Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time!

Beach retreat

Roger S from Hillsboro Ohio 11/5/22 . We have stayed at the Palms for several years. Rooms are well maintained and mgt. is promptly on site when needed. The beach is just steps away with a view of the ocean and the sound of the surf.
We liked C5 on the ground floor and no steps to climb with all our bags.
The 2 chairs and sofa in living room need to be updated. Bed was good. Extra toilet tissue would be good. Overall a quality experience. We will be booking this room again in 2023.

Great Beachfront Condo

First time staying at the Palms C5 condo but won’t be the last. Great first floor location with easy access to the beach. The condo was just like the photos online and beautifully decorated. Loved having two bathrooms. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker and was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook your meals if you didn’t want to eat at all the local awesome restaurants. Would recommend window treatments in the bedroom that blocks the outside building light and the sofa has seen better days. Overall great experience and would rent this unit again.

This unit is in the perfect location and is very nice. The unit is spacious, has great views, comfortable beds, nice appliances, well-appointed kitchen & closest to beach. The bunk beds were great with adjustable reading lights, usb charging areas, safe perimeters with ladder. The unit was clean and well-appointed. Washer and dryer were great. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture was nice. New pillows are needed. We would have appreciated comfortable and new sofa and seating as these were worn out with no support. The bathroom tub areas need some upgrades also.

Great Family Spot!

We LOVED this condo, the location, cleanliness, convenience of ground floor and beach facing. It was so painless to go to and from the beach multiple times a day for meals, breaks, etc.
We absolutely plan on coming back to C5!
Bonus points: had a keurig, washer dryer, plenty of kitchen items for fixing meals when you don’t want to eat out the entire trip, there were a few beach toys in the closet already (don’t bring a bunch), and there’s shower stations right at the top of the stairs when you come up from the beach to rinse off sand.
No complaints here!

We have been in this condo (c-5) several years & it’s always clean with the perfect location for kids & proximity to the beach. We did notice this year that the living room furniture (especially the couch) is showing wear. Clean, cute, & company but ready for a living room furniture update

This adorable gulf front condo is it. There's no need to look anywhere else. On our second day we were checking the availability calendar to come back for another visit. The location is perfect, it's the most perfectly decorated condo I've ever stayed in, and so easy to work with Garrett Realty. We just loved it. We took our 1.5 year old son (used Coastal Crib Rentals which we would highly recommend!) and had an amazing time. We will be back, hopefully very soon!!

We absolutely loved this condo! Location, location, location! It was the shortest walk to the beach right out the patio door, no stairs to deal with, grassy courtyard made for "big backyard" for kids to play, end unit had lots of windows for sunlight and great view of the sunsets from inside or out! So glad we found this gem!
