This property has a great view and balcony. The inside is dated and the master bathroom has a bathtub and not a walk-in shower. Overall, it is a good place to stay!

Christmas Break stay

The property description was accurate and the location worked well for us. It was close to restaurants and we could watch the gulf from our deck. The interior could use some updating and TLC...patio doors were tricky to lock, screen was off in the bedroom, flooring was worn. But we cam e for the location and that was fine. There was good communication for setting things up, but if there was a reminder about procedures for leaving (what to do with bedding for instance) I missed it. The things that needed attention we were able to work around and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The views from the large balcony are beautiful. The property was kind of bare bones. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. Although the condo was OK, it just wasn't comfy and was very undated. The furnishings were not beachy at all but instead dark and dreary. The TV were very old and blurry and the living room TV didn't have cable while the bedroom tvs did. The view was gorgeous, the showers hot and good water pressure, the location good, and management was responsive.
