Pilot House 221 - July 2023

The Pilot House 221 property was as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. The house was clean and well-appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies and other miscellaneous items that came in handy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and fit our needs well. The location in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood was excellent. The pool can't be beat and the tram service is very helpful for going to the beach, particularly if you have kids and gear to bring. We did not require much service from Benchmark but all interactions were positive. They provided plenty of info ahead of time that answered essentially all questions we might have had. Overall, we were very happy with the property and our stay in general. We will definitely consider this property again and would rent from Benchmark again.

This couldn't have been a better experience. Benchmark made booking a breeze and had consistent communication with us throughout the trip. Top notch rental company. The house was clean and location was prime. Close to groceries, restaurants etc. Tram stop right outside the house made it super easy to get to and from the beach. Pool was stunning!! All staff at Seacrest were friendly and inviting. Truly wonderful experience. Will definitely return!!

Amazing House!

We stayed at Pilot House for Spring Break and had a fantastic vacation! The house was very clean, very well maintained, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could need to cook meals, and the beds were comfortable. The house was in the perfect location for us, close to the pool and right in between two tram stops. Check-in was a breeze and Benchmark was absolutely on top of communication with any questions I had. They even came out and cut back the bush along the driveway so we could park two cars. I would absolutely rent through them again.
