The bathroom exudes luxury with its modern fixtures, deep soaking tub and shower, and extra storage. This rental also comes with the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Located just 1.7 miles from the beach with more exciting additions coming soon: an elevated dining experience at the Pinewood Club, a coffee shop, general store, and an upscale fitness center. Building 4 is closest to the clubhouse, where the pool, spa, and “coming soon” amenities are located.

Snowbird Friendly
Looking to stay for the winter – January - March 1st is perfect for snowbirds! We'd love to have you. There's no better place to escape to than the beach when temperatures start to drop. Where else can you trade in the snow for sand? Give us a call if you’re interested in booking this over the winter months.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
