5 minutes to the beach, a private pool with large backyard for entertaining and Gulf views from your private balcony. And a golf cart included (photos coming soon!)? What more could you ask for in a 30A vacation rental. Pour Some Sugar On Me in the Village of Sugar Beach neighborhood is a beautifully appointed beach home with great spots to entertain and relax both indoors and out.

The bright white space with pops of blue and soothing neutrals set the tone for your Seagrove vacation. There's a large Smart TV in the living area for a movie night. Grab dinner at the table for 8 or the counter bar for 3 (and more seating outdoors!). The first floor conveniently has one of the bedrooms. You're just a few steps away from the backyard oasis.

Head up the stairs and you'll find a cute desk area that is perfect for a study or work space if needed. 3 more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The whole 3rd floor is an amazing king suite. Keep your beverage cool in the fridge; make sure to grab one before heading out to the balcony to watch the sunset. And don't forget about the Gulf views.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle, TV and shared hallway bath
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: King bed with private balcony with Gulf views. Private bathroom with dual vanities.

Beach Access:
Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.
Distance: .3 miles | Time: 5 minutes walking

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location, minutes from the beach, close to some of best restaurants!!! The pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay again at Pour done sugar on me!

We had a great time at this house. Our only complaint was the upper bedroom needs its own HVAC. It was hot on the 3rd and the same AC cooled the 2nd floor and they needed blankets. The AC had to work too hard. The rest of the house was great.

Even better than expected

The house was even better than pictured online! So spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the games and the pool was a dream for our two families! I will warn you that if climbing stairs is difficult for you, this may not be the place for you. The location was wonderful! Although the walk to the beach is not far, there is only a small section of public beach right in front of the boardwalk and you have to walk further down to more public access- this made trips with all of our beach gear and little ones in tow pretty treacherous in the heat. Overall this house far exceeded my expectations and I hope to return to this property again!

This house was perfect for our large family. There was an abundance of space inside and out for adults teenagers and children to hangout. The house was decorated so well and gave that perfect beach house feel. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and super convenient. Would totally recommend this property!
