The first floor is a hub of entertainment, where the kitchen seamlessly opens into the dining area and living area, creating a perfect gathering space. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and a convenient island that provides seating for five guests. The dining area offers a large table with seating for eight guests. Additionally, there are four seats at the round table by the wet bar, providing a cozy spot for sipping cocktails or enjoying a casual breakfast. One of the highlights of this home is the seamless transition from the kitchen area to the outdoor oasis. It's the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the beach or simply relax and soak up the sunshine. There is room for everyone and plenty of seating under the sun or in the shade.

As you head upstairs, you'll discover a variety of thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The kids are sure to love the bunk room with three sets of twin-over-twin bunks and an additional twin daybed.

For added luxury and relaxation, the other three bedrooms offer king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly remarkable, featuring a spacious layout, balcony access with pool views, and comfortable seating including a chaise lounge, a couch, and two plush chairs. The master bath is equally impressive, with a stunning tub and a walk-in shower.

Head down Spyglass Dr. and turn left onto Sandtrap Road and the Sand Trap Beach Access will be on your left.

Miramar is perfectly situated between 30A and Destin. This wonderful community provides the beach relaxation you desire along with a multitude of activities for every member of your family.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
