Saltlight Hideaway is a light filled property in the private gated community of The Hammocks. You're surrounded by gorgeous, natural vegetation in one of the best locations Seagrove Beach has to offer off 30A. Located in the heart of it all - steps from our sugar sand beaches on the Emerald Coast. The beach access is within a short walk, and Seaside and WaterColor are easily accessed by foot, bicycle, or golf cart.

You will find yourself feeling right at home in this professionally decorated property. It offers an open living/kitchen/dining area with all your needs to enjoy your vacation. The living room space provides plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy a movie or sports on the 70" TV. This beautiful home boasts shiplap and unique architectural details throughout the interior with large windows to enjoy all the surroundings of this gem.

You'll truly feel like you're on a luxury beach vacation at this home -- the designer touches and cool, calming color palette makes relaxation feel effortless. With amazing outdoor spaces, room for up to 8 guests and quick access to everything 30A has to offer, we know Saltlight Hideaway will make the perfect choice for you next vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with vanity area and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, soaker tub, large shower and closets.

The Hammocks:
The Hammocks is a private gated community just an 8-minute walk or 3-minute bike ride to the beach access at the end of 395. The neighborhood is surrounding by trees and protected wetlands, giving you the ultimate sense of privacy but alongside still being close to all the action of 30A. You'll have your choice of 2 neighborhood pools for the days when you're not at the beach!

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right down the road from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

GORGEOUS & CLOSE TO IT ALL!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out, very clean, & came with just about everything we needed. We rented a Golf Cart with our credit we got for staying here and that was VERY convenient to stroll into Seaside (5 min ride) or down 30A for food and shopping. There is a golf cart parking beach access just down the road if you want to take it (not even a 5 min ride) but we mostly walked the 10 minutes to the beach access right across the red light and it was easy and nicer because less people were at that access. We carried a wagon (just a helpful tip). We would definitely come back here again and stay. The neighborhood was wonderful along with the two community pools. Not crowded at all. Also Publix is less than 5 min down the road from the neighborhood! Another great perk of staying here. I could go on and on about the details of the lovely home but overall this was one of our best stays and we hope to be back! I gave a lot of details because this is the stuff I wondered about before staying here but so happy I did!

Wonderful stay at 30A!

We usually rent in Watercolor with my extended family but came down with just the nuclear daughter picked the house and spent the week congratulating herself over her excellent choice. The home is stunningly beautiful (and larger than it appears in the photos) and the neighborhood quiet and lovely. Pool was clean and uncrowded. We were VERY sad to leave and were already plotting a return trip by the time we walked out the door.
