Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bath with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living area pulls out to a bed.

San Remo:
San Remo is a gated complex in Blue Mountain Beach nestled amidst the natural vegetation that inhabits this area. The building overlooks the Gulf and a beautiful lake. Follow the boardwalk to the brilliant white sands and sparkling emerald waters. Start your day in the fitness facility or simply relax by the pool. The pool is heated seasonally and features lap lanes plus a spacious hot tub. Shopping and dining are less than a mile away at Gulf Place. If golf is your game, hit the links at nearby Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Blue Mountain Beach:
The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The condo was great. It was very clean and excellent view. The 3rd bedroom was a little small but it all worked out great. The pool was exceptional. The hot tub looked great an very big. People was always in it.

Great Location!

San Remo 208 was the perfect location for a getaway for our family of 4! The view was perfect, getting to the beach was effortless, and the easy walk to Sunrise Coffee shop was the icing on the cake. The condo was very comfortable and, besides some candy wrappers under the couch, clean. The beds were relatively comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and serving utensils. The second bath was spacious and the master bath had 2 showers. However, the vanity in the master bath is small and designed for 1. A convenient treat was having two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us on the private beach! Would definitely rent this unit again!

The entire property is very nice, clean and well-maintained; loved the big balcony of our unit. There was plenty of room in the unit for the 6 of us staying there. Only con was the code for the gate to go to the beach was not included in my instructions; I called The Benchmark office the day after arriving to get it.

Living three hours from this area has been wonderful over the years. Our family has vacationed, day tripped, had a wedding, and many more blessed times. We have mixed it up from Fort Morgan to Panama City depending on our leisure desires of the time over 30 plus years. We had never had the opportunity to stay for 3 weekends with family and friends. With covid, things changed for other activities. We had a great time at this condo/complex. Beachside, great view, parking,pool/hot tub. Annette, manager, was terrific! Will plan another one soon.
