We have stayed in several units at San Remo. We love that it is only 4 floors - with an elevator! Benchmark Management was very responsive to our requests and called to follow up to make sure everything was working that way we wanted. Roku TV is a difficult system to learn - unless you are Next Gen and used to it. The only wish is the TV/Router was easier to use and to find if it needs to be reset. Maybe more detailed instructions and pictures would be helpful for the not so streaming TV individuals like ourselves.

Wonderful Vacation

This was our first time to 30A and first time renting from Benchmark and both were wonderful. This condo was perfect for our 9 person family (6 adults, 2 kids, and a baby). It was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone, our baby's pack n play fit great in the closet of the largest bedroom. The furniture was all very comfortable. Location to the beach was perfect for us, it was a walk but very reasonable distance and the long walkway with only a short flight of stairs was perfect for our kids. We only had 1 issue with the condo (the sliding door started to stick and became very difficult to open/close), I called Benchmark at 3pm and the had someone there first thing the next morning to fix it, we were very happy with that!

Paradise Away From Home

We not only had a wonderful view of the ocean and pool, we had a nice breeze on our balcony. The property was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was such that we could enjoy everyone’s company that were in the den/gathering room and be in the kitchen fixing lunch at the same time. We all loved the huge sofa and one family wanted a new sofa at home just like it!! The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, cookie sheets, a blender and a large pot for shrimp/corn/potatoes!! We loved our visit and will book again. The property management company was ideal to work with too!!

A Relaxing February in Florida

We have stayed in this area and this condo complex many times. This condo was the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was very roomy . The view was fabulous! Beautiful beach! Beautiful weather. The rental credit helped out with renting all the baby stuff for our 18 mo. I old grandson.

Rain at the beach

The condo was great. It was clean & owners had it well stocked. The toilet in front bedroom nearest front door is leaking possibly broken. Since it rained entire time cable in bedrooms would have been nice. There were lots of puzzles but no board games. Weather kept interrrupting cable. The update to unit was really nice & shower in master won rave review by our friends.

Family vacation August 2020

We had a great family vacation here! We had 6 adults and 3 children in our party and the unit accommodated us very well. The location of the property was perfect and the restaurants nearby were all delicious. You can’t beat the view of the beach and ocean from the huge balcony. The unit is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the unit. We found many little toys, wrappers, and other trash in the couch cushions and under furniture. This made us believe that the cleaning company was not very thorough in their cleaning process. Normally that wouldn’t bother us but during COVID times it makes a difference. We also found sand in all of the beds which was also a concern because we questioned if they actually washed the sheets. Normally we would have called the property manager to see if these things could be remedied but we didn’t want to have to leave the unit to have the cleaning company come back. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would likely return to this area and unit.

With only a few hours to completely turn a unit inbetween guests, sometimes human error occurs. It's certainly no excuse, and we would have loved to have the cleaners return to remedy any mistakes. That being said, we do understand your needs. Please rest assured that sheets are completely swapped between guests. Great week at the beach

Weather was good and hot. The waves were different every day and grandkids enjoyed body surfing. After ocean all 9 grandkids would play in pool along with 2 friends who came with them. The whole family came and we stayed in 3 condos.

Great Condo in Santa Rosa Beach

We loved this condo. Very roomy. The large balcony was perfect for early morning coffee, breakfast, a little work, and just watching the ocean. Everything was clean and as described. Kitchen was fully stocked for those wanting to cook. Appliances and fixtures were high-end. We also loved the new decorations and paint. We will be coming back here!!

Benchmark Management literally saved our vacation by finding us somewhere to stay when another rental company cancelled our reservation in the middle of the night. They went above and beyond to find us somewhere to stay and get the property ready. This condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and has everything you need to prepare meals. Even though it is a condo there is plenty of room and the balcony is huge with direct ocean front view! I would recommend this property but more importantly I would recommend Benchmark Management and will be using them again!
