Sand Cliffs 106 Thanksgiving

We descended on Sand Cliffs with our extended family for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed having our own condo where we could hang out and relax at the end of a busy day. The living room is large and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The couch is different from the pictures and we didn't find it all that comfortable. Aside from the couch, the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are a bit small. We had an issue with wifi not working; however, it did not affect the quality of our stay. We had misgivings about staying on the 1st floor but it worked out perfectly. We loved not having to negotiate stairs or wait for the elevator. The new Publix down the road is a life saver - super convenient for anyone staying at Sand Cliffs. Also, Bruno's has become our favorite pizza place of all time - we are officially pizza-spoiled. Communication from the property management team was timely and appropriate (not too much and not too little). We would definitely stay here again.

Great 3 day weekend

Our stay @ Sand Cliffs was a perfect weekend getaway for a mother/daughter trip. The rental company was easy to work with & they were even able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We were on the ground floor so it was easy just to walk right out to the pool & beach. The condo could use a lot of updating. The sofa was in very poor condition, we didn't even sit on it. Being on the ground floor,it was very dark and the lighting could be better (no ceiling lights or fans). Overall, the entire condo could use a complete makeover, but it was clean. The pool was nice, clean and the grounds were very well kept, but the pool was not refreshing. I guess that is why it was never crowded. I know it was July but it felt like a hot tub. We would definitely stay @ Sand Cliffs again but a different condo where you could see the ocean.

Last minute mother daughter trip!

Good relaxing trip. Enjoyed the location, I am familiar with the area so it was helpful to navigate. Enjoyed putting together the puzzle that was at the condo. Easy to call beach set up rental company. Kitchen furnished to cook, A regular coffee pot would have been nice, I didnt know they only had a keurig and I didnt have the k-cups to fit but no big deal.

We loved staying at the SandCliffs again this year it is always first class. Our family loved this condo again it works out perfectly for our family and we love being on the first floor with all the beach toys. We had a great stay at Sand Cliffs! The people helping make our reservation were super helpful and friendly! Our condo was just as advertised. Our place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed the quaint community and prime location. The pool is big and a lot of fun. The beach is only steps away and not crowded. My family had a fabulous stay and plan on returning. We are repeat customers of Benchmark and appreciate their professionalism!

Our unit was neat, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We loved how convenient it was to both the pool and the beach, and the central location on 30A was perfect. We will definitely rent here again!

Overall we had a great stay at this unit. There were a few small things that could easily be done to make it even better. For instance, there were 2 locked adult bikes in the 2nd bedroom that completely filled the closet. These were unable to be used because of the lock and we had to work around the storage issue. Also, the kitchen supplies need to be reviewed. We cooked pizzas on our first night and had no hot pads or dish towel to remove from the oven as well as no pizza cutter. The patio was full of unusable pool floats and toys that were either busted or had holes in them. Again, these were small issues but still a nuisance.

Perfect for family with kids!

We spent a week here, during a hurricane (what luck!), and our stay here was absolutely fantastic due to this rental. The location in Seacrest is perfect, ground floor with patio access to the pool/beach, and the condo is surprisingly large. We have two little kids and we couldn't have felt more comfortable - it's uber kid friendly! It felt clean and updated. Well equipped kitchen (which I truly appreciated while being shut in from said hurricane), and had extra items that made more hospitable. Truly is the perfect rental for a small family!

Great Condo, Great Location!

We loved our stay at Sand Cliffs 106. This condo is located in the middle of Seaside and a short drive to PCB. The condo was clean, well stocked and conveniently located near the pool and a short walk to the beach. The only thing we did not realize is the washer and dryer is not inside the condo, but rather an onsite shared laundry with other guests. We weren't prepared to pay to do our laundry but the property manager was kind to allow us to purchase quarters to use the machines. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again.
