We had an amazing vacation and loved being so close to the beach. Fireworks over the ocean was magical. Location was perfect. Condo was very clean and super comfortable beds. Only issue was there wasn’t washer and dryers in the condo and the community ones were out of order or you had to have lots of quarters to use the only one working.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely nice and the location was perfect. It felt very safe with the security gate. I did not mind letting my small children walk to and from beach to condo by themselves.The beach was very peaceful and felt as if we had it to ourselves.

Area is safe, there is ample parking, a pool on the grounds and all you have to do is look out from your patio/balcony to see some of the most amazing views of the Gulf! The location is very convenient as well - a short drive to Seaside to experience all that is wonderful on that end of the beach and just a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach - enjoy wonderful restaurants, great shopping and the fresh local products at the Farmer's markets (Seaside every Saturday and Rosemary Beach every Sunday). First of all it is located right on the Gulf - amazing views of the beautiful waters and then there is a great pool - big enough for all! While staying here you are also very close to the fun shops and wonderful restaurants of Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. There is something for everyone so call us today - you will never regret a stay at Sand Cliffs!

We have had many stays at Sand Cliffs, have family who have been staying at this facility for 43 years. Wonderful facility, safe, secure, convenient. We are planning our next trip now. Our unit is furnished so well, plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses (including nice wine glasses), towels, everything you need. Wonderfully maintained.
