What an open, bright, and inviting vacation home for your family and friends! Sand’s Hideaway is the perfect Panama City Beach, pet-friendly beach house, sleeping up to 10 in 3 bedrooms. The showstopper is the sparkling, heated private pool in a fully fenced-in backyard with plenty of outdoor seating. Sand's Hideaway comes with 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon for your convenience!

Located on a quiet residential street, this family home is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The open-concept vibe at Sand's Hideaway welcomes guests immediately. There is plenty of seating surrounding the 65” Smart TV. The dining area boasts seating for 6, crowned by a gorgeous chandelier, and a beautiful crisp white marble island provides additional seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked!

At the end of the living area is the master bedroom, a comfortable retreat after a long day at the beach featuring, cool gray mixed with earthy textures and tones. Down the main hall on the left are 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  All bedrooms have Smart TVs with a variety of features for streaming your favorite shows. 

The spacious backyard at Sand's Hideaway is easily accessed off the main living area and has a sparkling private pool, a patio with a bistro table and chairs, as well as a charcoal grill. A large picnic table with 6 chairs is a delightful spot to enjoy evening meals! Fully fenced, this is a great backyard for a pet-friendly vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Smart TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 43" Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, 43" Smart TV.
Sofa in living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
Head south on Memory Lane, making a right on Southfields. Take this road to your beach access, 93 (22401 Front Beach Road).
Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking

Panama City Beach:
Guests enjoy all conveniences within a quick walk or drive! Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, drive 1.2 miles to Publix supermarket, or drive 3.5 miles to Rosemary Beach, FL. You can experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. Drive less than 15 minutes to Pier Park, with tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. 

* Parking for 4 cars – 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
* Benchmark cannot guarantee/service owner-provided amenities.
* Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great beach house

Great beach house, clean spacious interior, well equipped kitchen, pool in the back yard. It’s a short walk to the beach ,quiet neighborhood, a short drive to either pier park or Rosemary beach. This was our second time renting this house in 2022.we would definitely rent this one again.
