Sea La Vie is a beach home in Seagrove that puts you minutes from both the neighborhood pool and the beach access. This home is tucked behind beautiful mature trees with spots on each of the 3 floors to grab some sunshine and Gulf breezes.

From the large kitchen you can still be a part of the group with the large open concept main floor. There is plenty of storage and plenty of counterspace for all your beach snacks and family meals. Sit 8 at the dining table and additional 3 at the bar top counters.

On the 3rd Floor Observation Deck you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. We think you'll spend many an evening up in this spot! There are 4 bedrooms in this home. 1 bedroom with private bathroom is conveniently on the first floor, with the other 3 bedrooms plus a bunkroom is upstairs.

Summer’s Edge is tucked along quiet tree-lined streets where kids can ride bikes and play. Only one side of the main street is open while the other side is gated for owners, but rarely used. The neighborhood has 2 community pools, 1 at the end of S. Ryan (near the beach access point) that is heated seasonally and another pool on Chelsea Loop (the pool closest to Sea La Vie).

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or 2 to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. All communities are easily accessible via the 20 mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
