Loved the location, we had stayed down 30A close to this property before. Great beach access - chairs/umbrella set up everyday if you wanted to.
Had issue with the bed frame the first day, but BM customer service had a Maintenance person onsite within hour to rectify issue. Very professional - great communication all thru rental process and during stay at property.

Perfect location to enjoy 30A!

The best location on 30A. Located right on the bike path to take you to ALL of the 30A towns. The best part is being right on nthe beautiful white beaches. Very clean and well stocked. Will be returning!

Beautiful home on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mistral 10. It was a beautiful home with a great location located directly on the beach which we loved! We thought this condo was a great location with access to do many great things! We do wish that the patio wasn’t so sloped and the furniture was more comfortable on the patio and in the condo. We also thought it was frustrating only having one roll of toiletpaper given the entire stay and no beach towels for the condo. Overall it was very enjoyable and would probably stay again!

Great spot on the Emerald Coast

I had a great stay at this little condo on the beach. It provided a quiet spot on the coast for relaxing and taking walks, as well as easy access to other areas along the coast for exploring, hiking, and enjoying local farmer's markets, fish markets and local restaurants, as well as convenient access for groceries. I found it thoughtfully equipped, clean and comfortable, with a tasteful beach vibe!
