The rental was on the 3rd floor with a nice view to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was working from internet to washer/dryer. For the price, I would have expected a larger and newer apartment.

We had a great time with our teenagers. Close to the pool. Super close to the beach. It was much more private than expected with a grill right across from the deck. Comfy beds& furniture.Only complaints would be the need for a couple more cereal bowls and the front bathroom outlet didn't work.

The condo is nice. The beds are too hard. We had to sleep in separate beds for most of our stay because the master bedroom bed was too hard.

Great view, okay unit

We’ve stayed in multiple units over the years in this same complex. This one undoubtedly has the best view of the whole complex. It has great proximity to the beach access. We encountered a couple issues during our stay, the dishwasher was completely broken, and management did make it right with a partial refund and provided paper plates and plastic cutlery. There were tiny ants in the kitchen as well. All in all, it’s a good unit, but probably not a great unit. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.
