SUGAR ANTS in bathroom

We rented Beachwood Villas Unit 3A from Benchmark in 2022, ‘23, & ‘24. During the recent 2 years of staying at 3A we had SUGAR ANTS on the bathroom vanity, the wall, and the floor which was very disturbing. In 2023 at 3A during a 90 days stay we used liquid ant killer and by the end of our stay, they were mostly gone. In 2024 we returned to 3A for another 91 days, and the sugar ants were there again. Benchmark Management supplied us with liquid poison a few times and Bryan Pest control came out several times to treat the ants inside and outside 3A. At the end of March 2024 when we left, the sugar ants were still there. During our 3 months’ stay the vanity cabinet counter top and inside the cabinet could not be used. It was disgusting to see ants crawling around which was very inconvenient to not use the entire bathroom for 2 winters of rental. Benchmark needs to notify the owner of Unit 3A that there is a sugar ant permanent problem in the bathroom in 3A.

Condo was a little dusty but nothing major.
Heated pool got shut down midday and closed for the next day which was disappointing to lose the pool 1 1/2 days out of our 5 day trip.

This place was perfect. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great because there are several public beaches that are within walking distance. We will definitely return to Beachwood Villas

Perfect condo!

We just got back from a 5 night stay and the condo was perfect! We cooked a few times and had everything we needed and more! The condo had 5 nice beach chairs along with a beach cart and umbrella. The beds slept great! The best part about our stay is that we were offered an extra night for a discounted rate plus an early check-in! Unfortunately, I left my hanging clothes in the closet but was quickly sent a link to create a pre-paid label for them to be shipped back, super convenient! We will definitely be booking again!
