You won’t get a better location. Wasn’t crowded at all and close to everything. Publix is really close. Pier park is close. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from benchmark.

First ever girls weekend

I am very familiar with this beach but had never noticed this older condo building. The location is perfect with shopping,restaurants,and outstanding beach access.We will book here again!

Great Beach Access

This unit has fantastic beach access. Walk out of the condo onto the beach in seconds. It was ideal fro our group of 5 who all wanted to spend varying amounts of time on the beach.
