Magnificent and restful get away!

The accommodations were so lovely!!! Clean and comfortable, well decorated and everything you needed was available in the kitchen. We particularly liked the quiet beach and the beach view from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed having a separate bathroom for every bedroom! Magnificent and restful get away!

Beautiful condo and location

We loved the location of Grand Playas and 302 was a beautiful condo. The huge balcony gave us a wonderful place to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped and the den and master bedroom furnishings were very comfortable. I do have two recommendations. The carpets desperately need cleaning or replacing and the mattress in the guest bedroom (king) also needs replacing. The two items would prevent me from renting this unit again.

This is our fourth year spending time in Grand Playa.Our family experienced a wonderful time. We did notice that 302 was in a sorry condition. It seems to need some repairs...bathbook towel racks not attached to walls. It is not very clean. The ice did not work well in the refrigerator. Over all it was not clean nor well maintained. We also spent our time in 401 which was in very good shape! We intend to return to both condos next July, hoping 302 is tetra shape.

Family vacay

We love the view and location . The condo needs so much TLC. The carpet has huge stains that have been there for years, bedrooms need major upgrades, especially bathrooms. New mattress’s are needed as well as much better pillows and more blankets.

Beautiful condo! Really close walk down to the beach was a plus! Pool stayed dirty with debris.
