2nd Floor:
The 2nd floor features a welcoming open-concept living area where everyone can enjoy time together! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed for the home chef to whip up a meal for the crew, and the dining table seats 8 plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. This floor also has a lovely balcony with seating plus a laundry room and a bedroom suite with 2 twins.

3rd Floor:
3 king bedroom suites take center stage. The master bedroom has access to its own balcony with loungers. And all 3 king bedrooms have private bathrooms, making this a great set-up for friends and family needing privacy and space.

Seagrove By The Sea:
Seagrove by the Sea is a spacious Gulf-front condominium complex designed with family comfort in mind. Just steps away is a glistening 15x30 community pool, which is shared with only 4 other units. Pool is surrounded by multiple loungers, tables and chairs for your comfort. Private walkway leads directly from building to the beautiful white sands beach. Gas grill for the building is kept in the area underneath, close to the Gulf side. The location puts your within easy walking and biking to plenty of dining, entertainment and shopping options!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
