Seagrove Highlands 2302 is located on a peaceful lake nestled next to Point Washington State Forest. Just off Scenic Highway 30A, you're 5 minutes to the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast and 1 minute from the complex's large pool. This 3-bedroom condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

The crisp white kitchen and island overlook the main living area. A great open concept space for everyone to enjoy time together. At the back of the condo is an amazing screened-in balcony that overlooks the forest foliage. The master bedroom has a generously sized private bathroom and the 2 guest bedroom share the hallway bathroom. Pack light! For your convenience there is a washer and dryer.

BEACH ACCESS
When you're ready to hit the sparkling white sandy beaches, Seagrove Highlands is conveniently located between 2 public beach accesses, a short 5-10 minute stroll or bike ride! Santa Clara Regional Beach Access just up the road off 30A with parking available.

SEAGROVE HIGHLANDS
Amenities of Seagrove Highlands include a quaint pond with a fishing pier, quiet setting next to Point Washington State Forest, large community pool, BBQ and picnic areas, and a paved walk to the beach. The Seagrove location puts you minutes to the fabulous restaurants and shopping areas, not only in Seagrove, but in Rosemary, Alys Beach, and Seaside. The perfect vacation spot can be found at Seagrove Highlands.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Property was clean well maintained. Our unit was clean, well equipped kitchen. Large rooms. A nice supply of towels.
one negative.... Could have supplied an additional trash bag and dishwasher tabs. But we knew ahead of time very limited supplies so we were prepared
Easy access to beach. Did not use the pool but looked nice and big.
We would definitely rent these condominiums again.

Seagrove Highlands

My family enjoyed our trip. It was a last minute booking, so our choices were limited. We usually like to be a little closer to the beach than we were this time. The unit was nice and clean. My daughters both took friends and we had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom. The bunk bed in one of the rooms had a couple of issues, but one of those issues was quickly resolved after calling maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our time. Thank you:)

Memories!!

We came down for a family beach vacation and I found this little gem! The condo was just as the picture and website described! My boys loved the bunkbeds and the pool! Everything was clean and ready for our stay and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessitates! The office staff was pleasant to work with and very helpful. Loved the idea of the keyless entry and mobile checkout! We definitely made some memories here and will be back!
