This calm and soothing Seagrove Highlands condo is the place to make your family's beach memories. This 3rd Floor unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The location is great - you're a few steps from the pool, a few minutes from the beach, and only 1 mile east of Seaside. And of course you're surrounded by all of the local flavor that Seagrove Beach has to offer.

With an open floor plan, you'll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather and features a Smart TV and a DVD player. The screened patio opens up to views of Point Washington State Forest. It truly is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day's itinerary.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and separate tub.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex, head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Seagrove Highlands:
Seagrove Highlands is a family friendly gated complex featuring a large pool and quaint pond with a fishing pier, nestled next to Point Washington State Forest. You're conveniently positioned between 2 public beach accesses that are reached with an easy walk or bike ride. Santa Clara Regional Beach access is just a 5 minute bike ride away and features parking plus restroom facilities.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Just about perfect

We came down for spring break. We got in late the first night the condo was clean and beautiful. We had a short walk to the beach and we would stay there again.

Our Favorite Condo

Seagrove highlands continues to be our favorite condo for over 20 years. We will be back to this particular condo 2310. Was very clean, well furnished kitchen, easily accessible parking and elevator. Location is close to beach access, local grocery store, and shopping in Destin and Panama City beach. Management has done a wonderful job of maintaining property and keeping a non rowdy crowd.

This was our first time staying in the Panhandle of FL. and staying with Benchmark Rentals. We were vry pleased with the Seagrove Highlands unit. It was very spacious and extremely well constructed and laid out. We were very comfortable with the beds and other furniture. Our end of the building was reasonably quiet considering we were there during the height of spring break. The kitchen was also well equipped with utensils for any of your needs. You do need your own paper products and bathroom supplies except for a minimal amount of shampoo and soap. We would definitely stay with Benchmark again.

Best place for a family to stay on 30a

This is our 7th year staying at Seagrove Highlands out of 8 years in a row. This property is always clean and is in great spot. Short walk to the beach, gas station in close proximity for those last minute items and a 5 min drive to anything you need in the area. This place is perfect for a single family to stay.

Loved staying in Seagrove Highlands!

Our week long anniversary trip staying in Seagrove Highlands 2310 was fantastic! 2310 is a beautiful and very bright condo with everything you need for your stay including a wonderful screened in porch. Booking with Benchmark is so very easy and if you ever have any problem they take care of it very quickly as they have dedicated maintenance staff to resolve any issues.

Spacious and relaxing!

My family and I had a great week in Seagrove. This was our second time renting SH2310 and it was delightful all over again for us! The entire facility is well-maintained, attractive, and clean. Our unit was comfortable and roomy with a great kitchen space for cooking and a very comfy sofa for relaxing after long days at the beach!

Great family vacatio

We rented 3 units for our Thanksgiving week family vacation. We couldn’t have been happier. Each unit was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The women in the office who helped us with our reservation were also incredibly helpful. We had never been to this part of Florida before and they provided suggestions and websites for us to help plan activities for our group (ages 5-75).

The condo was bright and spacious and very clean. Having 2 bathrooms was very helpful for our family. The location of the condo was perfect…7-10 minute walk to the beach on a shaded, quiet street. Because the condo is in the heart of Seagrove Beach and 30a, we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit 30a.

Fantastic Place for Families!!

We had the pleasure of staying at 2310 Seagrove Highlands from March 11 until March 18, 2017.This property is very well maintained and very convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bike rental all within very easy walking distance. The beach in this area is superb--large, clean and quiet.The unit itself is very nice, 3rd floor end unit overlooking a large woods and the pool. It is bright, well appointed, nicely decorated. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are up-to-date.This is really a fantastic place for a family or a couple--there is a lot to do for everyone. My only suggestion is to provide a listing of television channels for the four TV's.Thanks for the opportunity to stay at 2310 Seagrove Highlands.

Picture Perfect!

Beautifully decorated condo that was just the right size for our family of 5! The beds were all so very comfortable as was all of the furniture! The kids loved the TV's in each bedroom as well! Loved that this was an end unit that could see the pool. This condo was so quiet and relaxing! We loved the location and thought it was a great value for such a nice area!! Super clean, comfortable, and beautiful!!

Great Trip

My family and I would like to thank Garrett Realty for helping with an incredible week at Seagrove. The condo was perfect. Everything in it was first class. it looked like we were the first ones to stay there, although I know that we weren't. The short walk to the beach, the pool, the great price, the helpfulness of the Garrett staff... The week could not have gone better.
