SeaTreat is a dog-friendly, fully renovated beach cottage south of 30A - perfectly located in the heart of Seagrove within walking distance to the beach, Eastern Lake, restaurants, and unique shops. We know you'll love this cute pink retreat!

On the 1st floor of this home you'll find 2 living areas - a great layout that allows for families and groups to have their own area when needed. There's a large Smart TV in each living area for your entertainment needs plus plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The 1st Floor also features a guest bathroom and laundry area. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

The chef in the group will love the fully stocked kitchen, including beverage fridge and ice machine (perfect to fill coolers for your beach day). Grab a drink and relax on the large front porch under the string lights. Or, head out back to grill up your favorites on the gas grill and enjoy a meal al fresco.

With your stay at SeaTreat you'll have a convenient location close to 2 beach accesses - both under a 5 minute walk. After a day at the beach you can rinse off at the outdoor shower out back or use the convenient foot washing station at the front of the house.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Living Area: Futon pulls out to a queen bed. Shared guest bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV and desk area. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunks and twin bed, Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
Head down south on Dalton Dr. St to Eastern Lake Road. Turn left (east) and this road will end at your beach access at Eastern Lake. For an easier access without the Eastern Lake outfall, you can also walk further down Eastern Lake Road to Ramsgate Beach Access.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Sea Treat great for family

We had a great time staying here with four adults and four children. There was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the split living areas. Five large tvs. Enough room for four vehicles. Kitchen had plenty of what we needed. The ice maker and wine cooler were a plus. There was a nice outdoor shower in back and a foot washing area by front door.
The only downer was a messy yard. My son cleaned it up the first day, pulling out all the invasive weeds. We dodged plants going into the house. The front porch had lots of room for all the beach toys, etc.
It would be nice to have a few bicycles provided. And if one rents a golf cart, use SoWal beach buggy Rentals.
I would rent it again.

Even nicer than the photos. Very clean, well maintained. Just a block from the beach. Allowed our (well-behaved) dogs to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving 2023

We had a great experience with this house. The back patio was nice for entertaining the group we had. The bedrooms had enough space for everyone in our family. There was plenty of parking space. Our suggestion - open up the two separate living room areas so the kitchen can be open while guests can cook and can see out into the living room space and watch TV at the same time. Otherwise, all other areas including ice machine and wine cooler came in very handy.
