The kitchen seamlessly opens to the dining area and living area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. With seating for 8 at the dining table and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island, there's plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. When you're ready for a day out on the beach, you're just a quick 10-minute drive from the amazing 30A beaches. Take advantage of your Vacayzen rental credit on some bikes and ensure easy and enjoyable transportation to the beach! Fabulous dining and entertainment options are easily accessible as well. A great quiet place to get the full 30A experience from the bay to the beach.

Bay Access:
Head west on Tyler James Way, making a left on N. County Hwy 393 and then a right onto Hogtown Bayou Ln until you reach Cessna Landing.
Distance: .1 miles | Time: 2 minutes walking, 1 minute driving

Cessna Landing:
Cessna Landing is a county park on Highway 393 a few miles north of US 98 on Hogtown Bayou. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Right next door is the Bayou Arts Center, home to the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County.

Beach Access:
Head west on Tyler James Way, turning left onto N County Hwy 393 and then right onto Highway 30 and your beach access, Ed Walline Regional Beach Access will be on your left.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
